Um dos comportamentos avaliados \u00e9 o movimento para longe de um est\u00edmulo qu\u00edmico. Dentre as vantagens em utiliz\u00e1-lo, destacam-se: (i) a facilidade no cultivo de todos os est\u00e1gios de vida em laborat\u00f3rio; (ii) baixo custo de cultivo (iii) alta performance reprodutiva com desova abundante; (iv) os embri\u00f5es s\u00e3o transl\u00facidos, permitindo avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do desenvolvimento embrion\u00e1rio e teratologias; (v) tamanho pequeno, que permite o cultivo em espa\u00e7os reduzidos, (vi) seu genoma j\u00e1 foi sequenciado permitindo o desenvolvimento de estudos filogen\u00e9ticos e estudos gen\u00e9ticos comparados com seres humanos, (vii) estudos sobre o desenvolvimento de diversos sistemas, \u00f3rg\u00e3os e doen\u00e7as relacionadas s\u00e3o realizados utilizando adultos e embri\u00f5es de zebrafish como modelo experimental, (viii) no \u00e2mbito das ci\u00eancias ambientais h\u00e1 muitos trabalhos comportamentais de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dessa esp\u00e9cie a diversos inseticidas, f\u00e1rmacos entre outros xenobi\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<figure class=\"sc_image  sc_image_shape_square margin_bottom_small\"><img src=\"https:\/\/arbocontrol.unb.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Arbo_Control_Testes_pg_15_gotas.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure><\/div><\/div><div class=\"sc_section aligncenter\" style=\"max-width: 43rem;\"><div class=\"sc_section_inner\">[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"page-header\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>O MODELO ZEBRAFISH<\/strong>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farmacognosia.fs.unb.br\/images\/Arbo_Control_Testes_pg_16_modelo_zebrafish.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"114\" height=\"40\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de embri\u00f5es de zebrafish, grupos de peixes machos e f\u00eameas, na propor\u00e7\u00e3o de 2:1, respectivamente, foram colocados em aqu\u00e1rios de coleta de embri\u00f5es, no dia anterior ao teste, separados por uma barreira (1). Ap\u00f3s a obten\u00e7\u00e3o dos embri\u00f5es foi feita uma primeira triagem dos ovos vi\u00e1veis a olho nu (2), seguida de uma sele\u00e7\u00e3o criteriosa dos ovos fertilizados ao estereomicrosc\u00f3pio (3). Por fim, esses foram distribu\u00eddos, um ovo por po\u00e7o, em microplacas de 96 po\u00e7os, contendo as diferentes solu\u00e7\u00f5es teste (Fish embryo toxicity (FET) test) ou em cubas para posterior realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos testes bioqu\u00edmicos (4).<\/p>\n<p class=\"direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\" style=\"text-align: left;\">* AChE: acetilcolinesterase;
